Welcome to ISIMO's Shipping Policy! We are dedicated to ensuring your order reaches you in a timely manner and in perfect condition. Our shipping methods are reliable and efficient, and we strive to keep the costs as affordable as possible. We value transparency and want to assure you that your package will be carefully packaged to protect your items during transit.
If you have any questions about our shipping methods or packaging. All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from when your items are purchased. Please don't hesitate to reach out. We want to make sure you feel confident and informed about the delivery of your ISIMO pieces. 

Return & Exchange Policy

At ISIMO, we want you to love your purchase. Our return and exchange policy is designed to make the process as easy and straightforward as possible for you. We do not offer refunds for change of mind; however, if your item is found to be faulty, we are happy to provide a replacement piece once the original item has been returned to us. All items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact. For swimwear, the protective hygiene liner must remain in place. To arrange a return for a faulty item, please contact us  at Isimocustomerservice@gmail.com with your order number and details of the fault. Once we have received and assessed the item, a replacement will be issued at no additional cost. Please note that sale or clearance items, gift cards, and items marked “final sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
